How to tell 7 years about difference from sis

I have a 7 years old son and 1 year old daughter. My son always raises question like how his sister is different from him. Why her genital is different from him. I have tried to tell him that he is a boy and his sis is a girl.
I am sure most moms face this problem. Please put in your ideas and exp how you explained the same to your kid.

You can start by telling him that God made him and his sis different. Like his mummy and papa are different. God has made 2 different types of humans, one is girl and other is boy. Like Papa is a boy and Mummy is a girl. You are boy and your sis is a girl.
Slowly as he grows older you can tell a little more about sex.
