if it was me then i would rather think how to ensure safety of my kids from all my furnishing Smile

i am with samay.

i tell all moms to wait until kids get 5+ years.
only after that you should think of furnishing your house. you will anyway not get much time to enjoy your furnishing.

i think kids are what you expect them to be.

if you take away everything from your house so that kids don't break anything. then it will take longer for them to learn how to live with the same things without breaking them.
choice is yours. you can let them break few not so they can learn. or you can live like that for long with a chance that they will never understand how to live in a furnished house.

are you talking about deals at Big Bazaar Smile
i got similar deals last year. sometime they sell the same items as on their home furnishing store- HomeCenter. but the price at big bazaar is lower.

You are so right. My son is an year old and though I have removed some breakable items that may harm him I have kept some around so that he know from the very beginning that there are something he should be away from.

Even I have also given up. More than the fear of things getting broken, I do not want to take the effort of arranging things and watching them dismantled again. Right in front of my eyes. And within next 15 minutes. I hope I was not as destructive child.
