I remember my daughter getting diarrhea and fever while she was getting her molars. She did not get fever with the other teeth.

My son had mild fever when he was about to get his first tooth but in rest of the teeth he did nit get fever. Generally mild fever during teething is fine. But do make sure that there is not something else troubling your child.

As per doctors teething should not cause any fever. Its just that because of teething a lot of changes are going on the baby's body and the baby tends to put a lot of thing in his mouth which may cause fever.

As per my knowledge mild fever is common during teething. However, teething seldom causes high fever. But in case you are in doubt it is advisable to consult your doctor.

Teething directly does not fever but sometimes due to lot of changes happening in the body mild fever may come. Mostly fever comes on the day when teeth erupts from the gum.
