My daughter is 4 months 10 days old and recently she is having loose motion is it possible that she might be getting her teeth. But I feel its early. Moms tell me is it right time for teething?

I was not even prepared for her early teething because of my experience with my son. As far as I remember about 2 weeks before my daughter got her 1st teeth she started putting everything in mouth and trying to bite.
She got her tummy upset only 4-5 days before her 1st tooth erupted.
