Abacus classes for 6 years old

My daughter is 6 years old and I am planning to join her for Abacus classes. I live in Pune and am looking for one s class. Some friends of mine living in different cities have been talking about the improvement these classes have brought in their kid's mathematical skills.
Anyone aware of such classes in Pune please help me.
I have heard that these Abacus classes help in developing Concentration, Logical Thinking, Visualization, and Reasoning & Analytical Ability of a child. My sis has put her son for these classes a couple of months back.
I am waiting for her input then I plan to enroll my daughter for it.
Now a days there are many such classes in each city, better to connect to someone around you who can help you with classes around the area where you live.
Try ICMAS.
My son Vivek is going there and I have been finding it good. I have heard that they have branches in Pune.
A cousin who lives in Pune is sending her kid to Aloha Abacus.
I have heard from many about these ABACUS classes but I really wonder if we need such classes. These days there are so many classes going on for one thing or the other. And parent put their child in such classes just to copy others do they really put in some thought before that.
Now these ABACUS classes what exactly do they do. Do they teach the concepts of Maths what a 6 yr kid should know. Or are you trying to teach your child quick calculations without even getting a good understanding of the concepts of Maths.
I am not saying that do not put your kid for ABACUS class but I just want to emphasize that let your child understand the concepts and then let him/her get to know the techniques of quick calculations. Then only they will be able to appreciate what they learn.

I have different view in this aspect. I have got my kids enrolled for ABACUS classes few months back and I have seen them developing in all aspects. They have improved in their mathematical skill along with that I have seen improvement in their concentration as well.
