My baby is mostly breastfeeding and though I have introduced solid food in his diet still he is not taking much. I am not sure as to how much of solid food should I give him per meal. Please suggest me how much is good for 7 months old baby.
As of now my baby takes max of 2 spoons at one time which I feel is simply not acceptable. Will be great if you could also share the tricks of feeding.

Mostly at 7 months your baby's stomach is not very big so 4 tblsp of cereals and 4 tblps of veg & fruits is enough along with milk.

10 - 15 spoons of solids three times a day is good enough for a 7 month old.

In my knowledge breast milk should be the main food for the first year of the baby. But definitely its a good idea to introduce solids to make the baby comfortable with different tastes and texture. As long as your baby is having enough nutrition do not force too much of solids. My daughter did not show much interest in solid food till she was 11 months old. But I did kept giving a treat for a taste buds and slowly got her to it.
