After having tried for baby for quite sometime now we are planning to adopt a baby. Now we are in a dilemma whether to adopt baby from an orphanage or adopt a relative's baby.
Will be great if you could share your views regarding this.
Thanks.

If you are planning for a adoption do adopt an orphan. A baby in need will get a home and loving parents and you will get a baby.

My thinking is that if you adopt your relative's baby later in life the child may have issues if he/she comes to know of the fact and there could be some emotional issues for you, the child and the real parents. So, why to go for such a situation.

But I think adopting a relatives child will have some predictability as you are knowing the parents and I am sure you will make sure of all the required before you go ahead with adoption.

hannarev, first of all I appreciate your thought of adopting a child. Till now in our country people are still not comfortable with this thought of adoption.
There are pros and cons of adopting a relative's baby as well as an orphan. But I would recommend you to adopt an orphan as this way you would be giving a home to a child who really needs one.

hannarev, I really appreciate your gesture. I have also been trying for a baby if I do not have success I may also think of going your way. If possible please keep posting updates from your end.
Thanks.
