fancy dress competition for 2 years boy

Please help me with ideas on fancy dress competition for my 2 years son.
He has fancy dress competition at his school for 26th of Jan program. earlier school used decide on what to dress up as. this time they have left it to us.
looking for something new.
Hey last year we had fancy dress competition in our apartment and my friend dressed her 3 years old as a "pundit". And she has given him a bell in one hand and some insant sticks in the other. He was looking good and he got the 2nd prize as well.
You can try it.
You can dress so Freedom fighter as its on 26th Jan. That will be appropriate for the occasion as well. Chacha Nehru would be an easy option to do with white kurta payjama and a red rose with a Gandhi topi.
How about dressing like Chhota Bheem. These days kids love some cartoon character and am sure your child will love being dressed as one.
Ben 10 is what my son likes to be dressed as as.

How about a joker with balls in hands. 2 years old would love to have balls in hand and to play with it.
Dress him as India's flag it would be easy to do as well. And at this age he cannot speak much so this would be a good option.
How about some fruit or vegetable.
