Now its more than 2 years that I have been a mom for my son. Every now and then I discover something new which I should be doing as a mother. Recently I was having a discussion with my hubby on what being a mother means.

For me being a mother means love, commitment and lots of joy.

Will love to know what the other mothers here think about being a mom.

Being a Mom is a great experience.
Being a mom means the world for me.
And my feeling is that I should be a role model for my kids.

After becoming a mom a woman lives life for her child.
I feel for me life is all about my child which involves commitment, love and sacrifice.

After becoming a mother I have learned how one feels joy and pain through someone else's feelings. As a mom I have got an opportunity to love someone else more than I love myself. Being a mom has made me experience the power and strength of love.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I was in a tension what a mother I will be. Will I be able handle my responsibility. But the moment I took my baby in my arms for the first time I felt LOVE and nothing else. Since, that day I have been loving and caring for her. Definitely a mom mean much more further in life but as of now for my 3 years old its just Love.

MOTHER is just all in all I think. Though in this modern age father also have started taking a lot of responsibilities but I think its nothing compared to what a mom does. A Mom is just a new avatar of Mother Mary.
