I have a son and now I am planning to have another child hoping that it will be a girl. I have gone through several hazards in raising my son in the last 3 years and 6 months. Some of the issues being his uncaring behavior etc. etc. When I am thinking of having another child I was wondering if there is difference in raising a girl compared to a boy.

Would love to hear out from moms out here what have they gone through.

I cannot compare but yes I do have a daughter and what I have gone through I can tell you girls are also difficult to deal with. They also are annoying, crying and has temper tantrums. So, I guess its difficult to raise a baby irrespective of gender.

I have a daughter who is 8 years old now and I have not faced much of difficulty in raising my daughter. I have seen my co sister struggle raising two sons of hers which makes me think that may be raising boys is comparatively difficult.

I have a daughter who will be a year old in a couple of months and I have a son who is going to be 8 years old and I still remember once my son started crawling he always had something or the other to do. I was always on my toes checking where he would be the other minute. While my daughter does crawl but she prefers sitting and playing. So, by now I realize one difference that boys are more towards actions.

Definitely there are differences and I realized this only when I had a daughter. With my son its always being active physically. Even when he was a baby in my lap he wanted me to take him around and now when he is seven he just does not like sitting every other minute he needs some action.
While my daughter loves listening and talking. She is just 3 years old but she sits and chats with me and enjoys to be around me.
