I used cloth nappies for both my kids. Though my kids are older so now the thinking has changed. For my younger child I did put diapers when we took him out.

Hey as my baby is just 7 weeks old I am using only cloth nappies for her. Even for my first baby I used cloth nappies. I am planning to use cloth nappies for my baby maybe after 4-5 months I can use diapers.

When my daughter was born diapers were not that much common. And I did use cloth nappies. When my son was born diapers became common and I did use diapers but not always only when it was really required like when we went out or when I knew I would be really busy and will not be able to changes his nappies when necessary.

I have started using diapers for my daughter after she turned 3 months. But I use diapers at night and when we take her out. Before 3 months I was using cloth nappies only as I think for small babies diapers are not that good.

I used diapers along with cloth nappies for my children. Using diapers full time is not considered to be very healthy. I am sure our elders cannot be wrong.

Diapers should be used only after 5-6 months of age. Mostly newborns get allergies in skin due to use of diapers. Cloth nappies are soft and suits a baby's skin. Use diapers when you are taking your baby out. I did use diapers at night as well during winter.

If your baby does not have any reactions using diapers is not a bad thing.

I think most votes go for minimal use of diapers.
I am also planning to stick to outing and sleep use of diapers.

My baby is 8 months old and I am using diapers for her as winter has started and its not good for her health to stay wet even for few minutes. I do not think that using diapers could be harmful if we use diapers of good brand.

I am using diapers for my 5 months old sometimes. Mostly I use the cloth nappies.
