My daughter is just a month old and our family is planning to have a party for her Namakaran. Hubby is exited and wants to have a grand party in a hall in open air. I am concerned if its advisable to take her for such a grand party. Will she be comfortable in the crowd am looking for suggestions.
Thanks.
Definitely have a party. But try to keep your baby safe and do not give her many in people arms as there are chances of infection. Avoid loud music in the party.
We had a Chaati party for my son when he was 1.5 months old and after an hour he was restless as so many people took him in there arms and the very next day he was sick. Now I will not do so with my second baby. Even if you do plan a party make sure not to have a big crowd and keep your baby with you only.
Instead of a loud party have a quite get together for snacks and chit chat. This way the baby will also not have any problem.
I had a grad party for my son when he was a month old and I am sure like me you also cannot resist from sharing your joy with family and friends. Go ahead and have a party just keep your baby properly dressed in winter. Also avoid loud music and baby's should just be with a couple of familiar people otherwise she may become cranky.
I would suggest to have a simple pooja and then have a party jut for adults and keep your baby away from the noise and crowd.
