Cause of regular stomaches

My daughter has been complaining of stomach ache off and on for about a week. First I thought it might b constipation as she is not very regular with her stools. But now I really have doubts. I have taken an appointment with her pediatrician. Any clues what could be the reason.
Make sure that she drinks appropriate amount of water. You can also substitute this by giving her juice twice a day. If this is severe then get her checked with a good doctor. Usually doctor will give you antibiotics, which will be only short term solution. You can also contact some good homeopath doctor in addition to regular allopathy doctor. Homeopath medicine will not have any side effects and in such cases, homepath is more effective.
As you have mentioned that your child has constipation. That could be one of the reasons so why not try and get a that right. My son also had constipation in early age and an Ayurvedic medicine helped. So may be you can give it a try and as constipation can lead to other problems.
charlie I will suggest you not to ignore any such symptom. It can be something more than constipation or maybe only constipation but you need to take proper steps and get your child checked properly. If you have doubts do consult a couple of doctors and see if all have them are in agreement.
My son used to suffer with stomach ache and I did ignore it for sometime later he was diagnosed with bowel blockage.
My son has been having stomach aches many a times and the reason has been either over eating or Gas.
Kids get stomach infection very easily so get your child checked.
