i have read that fluoride tooth paste is not good for younger.
but i cannot find any toothpaste that does not have fluoride. i have seen colgate paste for babies. even that has fluoride. if fluoride is so harmful then why can't i find a paste with no fluoride.

Flouride is not good because kids tend to eat the toothpaste rather than just using it to clean their teeth. Most of the kids toothpaste also have small amount of fluride. One of them that I have been using is from Pegion. Its an imported brand so its costly.

I do not think that any of the tooth paste is totally free of fluoride.

I have seen my sis using Colgate Junior for her kids. I thought it was good. From your discussion only I have realized that it has fluoride content. But I am not sure what amount of fluoride is really harmful.

I have been using herbal toothpaste for kids. Thats the best way to go. Previously I used Himalaya Herbal. These days I am using the toothpaste given by Ramdev Baba.

I don't think little amount of fluoride in the toothpaste can be so harmful. I have been using the Colgate toothpaste that comes for kids, for my son.
