PLEASE HELP-my daughter drank ink

Hi all,
Today morning my daughter drank few drops of ink, which is put in writing pen. I am very scared. I went to one doctor. He said no problem. But she is only 10 months now. I am thinking if it will have some long term effect on her development. Ink has many chemicals. And in India we do not have any control over what chemicals are used.
please help me if i can do anything.

Definitely it can be harmful for your baby. Give a lot of water to your baby that will help clean the system. And the chemicals may wash away and come out to some extent in baby's urine.
Few drops should not be a problem. But to get rid of the worries hwy don't you talk to the doctor and get the required tests done. This will give you peace of mind and assurance that your baby is safe.
Check the container/box of the ink and find out if there was any toxic substance in it. And I will suggest you to take the box to the doctor to make sure nothing toxic has gone in your child's body.
And one or two drops of ink should not be a problem.
I remember my cousin did drink ink when he was a kid and nothing happened to him. He is a healthy young man as of now

i hope nothing happens in future because of this.
My son drank some liquid soap when he was 2 yrs old and doctor made him vomit things out and that helped.
This reminds me once my son ate eraser piece when he was just 14 months old and had to run to the hospital immediately. He was given some medicine which helped him vomit and the eraser came out in vomit.
