Red rashes something like pimple on face of 2 weeks old

A baby girl was born to me on 2nd Sept. Everything went fine and both of us are healthy. Only that now my pregnancy concerns have changed to concerns about my baby 
Recently my baby has developed some pimple like things on her face. Is it seen in many newborns or should I consult a doctor.
I have seen many babies do get red rashes on their face and forehead in the early weeks but am not sure what it is and how can you get rid of it.
I will suggest you to consult the pediatrician. Don't take a chance with your baby's skin.
rano123, as I can get from yoour message you are talking about acne kind of thing in small babies. This is called neonatal acne. My nephew has similar problem and because he was the first child in our family we got scared and visited the pediatrician. He told it was nothing to worry about.
These acne goes away on its own in few weeks time.
My nephew had similar acne. But he had severe one so doctor recommended some cream. I do not remember the name as of now. The doctor told that it was not an abnormal thing as it is found in about 20% of the babies.
So, rano123 I will recommend that if the acne becomes worse you do visit a doctor.
