Need suggestions on educational toys for 5 years old.

I see that my son is getting bored of the existing toys he has. I have been looking around for new toys for him. Can moms here suggest me some good toys which I can buy for my 5 years old. It would be great if the toys are educational.
Scrabble is a good word and picture game. I gifted one to my niece and she loves playing. It will help your kid learn words.
Construction kit. Boys love these kinds of things and they learn basics of machinery this way.
A big Globe.
Any kind of memory game or puzzles suitable for the age.
