I have been a silent member of this site though have never participated in discussions. I am 30 and trying to get pregnant. I have PCOs and have tried lot of treatments and nothing seems to work. Please suggest some ways which can help me get pregnant.

guni, PCO in itself is not a big problem and definitely it can cause problems in conceiving so its better to consult a doctor. We had a discussion about PCO here is the link

Now, doctors are giving medicines which help regulate the menstrual cycle even for woman having PCOs. And once your cycle is right I think it will be easier to conceive. But yes you need to keep your diet and emotional as well as physical health good.

Try Rama Dev Baba's yoga along with medicines given by them.

One of my friend did conceive even after having PCOs. She was on clomid for about a year and then she was able to conceive.

I have also heard from a relative that she was put on clomid to regulate her periods and she was able to conceive.

Try homeopathic. My sis in law with similar issues could have a baby with the help of a Homeopathic Doctor.

Most of the infertility issues are due to PCOs but with fertility treatment many women are able to conceive, but the treatment varies for each individual. THere are various fertility treatments :
- Clomid
- Letrozole
- Metformin
- Injectable Gonadotropins
- IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)

Most of the times any of these does work women.
