Can massage boost my chances of getting pregnant?

I have been trying to get pregnant. Recently one aunt suggested me to get massage done. This would enhance my chances of getting pregnant. Is there any proof that massage can help me in getting pregnant soon.

Massage relieves stress so in some way it can definitely be helpful.

There is no proof that massage increases the chances of fertility. But massage definitely relaxes our body and a relaxed body is always better. Massage can help you deal with the stress you are going through trying to conceive and a relaxed body and mind is good for fertility.

I have heard about something called fertility massage. I have heard that it is helpful for fertility. In this massage the massage therapist mainly tries to increase the blood flow to the abdominal and pelvic region. This in turn increases the chances of fertility.

This is the first time I have heard of fertility massage. But definitely it sounds like something which will help.
