I know i am notanswering your question. but can you please tell us why does your friend want to take abortion pills without being pregnant? In case she has any confusion then she should first be using pregnancy test kit than taking an abortion pill right away.

Abortion Pills have side effects if one takes it to terminate pregnancy. So, I m sure the side effects can be seen if taken without pregnancy. Apart from that Abortion pills makes the uterus soft and leads to expelling any foreign element. And if fetus id not there I cannot guess what will happen.

Best would be to consult the doctor immediately rather than pondering over what to do. This could have some effects on your friend's body which can hamper her pregnancy later in life.

I think this can harm your friend in conceiving later. One of my friend did use abortion pills when she did not want a baby and now when she wants one she is not able to conceive.
