My blood group is B and Rh- . One of my friend told me that I might have some complications in my pregnancy. Since we are planning for a baby now I want to know what effect can my Rh- blood have on my baby.
dhoom, since your husband is Rh+ there are chances of you having a Rh+ baby and this is called Rh incompatibility and in such cases fetus may get anemic because of destruction of RBC. I do remember much details but definitely doctors give injection to prevent this.
