Many a times Home Pregnancy tests may not give the right results in case of early stage of pregnancy. First go meet a doctor and get the accurate tests done to make sure you are pregnant.
If its positive then you and your family need to sit together and decide what you want to do. Whether you would like to have the baby or go for abortion. If you want abortion my suggestion would be to do at the earliest.

i understand your concern. it depends on many thing. You have to answer few questions yourself and then take a decision-
1) Did you plan to have more than one child?
2) Do you have someone to support you at home to take care of your child?
In case the answer to both questions are yes then you can safely plan to go for it. there will be almost 2 years gap between two children,which is not very uncommon. so you should not be concerned about taking care of these two children.
think about the good part. if you planned to have two children then you can grow them together.

these days it is not very common to have two children with a gap of 1 year. I am not sure how will you manage on your own. please see if you can have a full time maid to live with you. without that it will be impossible. if you have to take one child to doctor, you will not be able to do that. but getting full time maid is not easy. these days they show attitude. and if they know that you are needy then they will ask for big salary.
If your really do not want to carry on with this pregnancy do consult a doctor I have heard that not very early pregnancy can be got rid of with medication otherwise you will have to go for some surgical methods.
Its totally your and your family's decision but think about all the pros and cons. Definitely raising two kids with so less of age difference is very difficult so its you who is the best person to decide.
It will be totally your decision. This is a very debatable issue since when we speak of pregnancy, abortion suddenly pop in our heads. There are many forms of abortion. The one that is acceptable is the therapeutic abortion. In order to save the life of the mother, the fetus must be evacuated. This will also shun the whole family from prolonged treatment that will cost like personal loans. In thinking of eliminating the fetus, you have to consider that a baby is a blessing. Albeit, you'll be encountering pain during labor, it will be worth it as soon as the baby is delivered. That is the greatest consolation for us mothers. So please decide wisely.
