I know this is very common and personal. And one of the most confusing moments.
But I am always confused and don't know what to do. Looking for ideas Smile
First of all I show my unhappiness by responding to him in yes/no and nothing more. I also tend to ignore him and make him feel that my life can go on without him Smile not sure if he gets the message or not Laughing out loud

showing displeasure has to be common for all. has someone been able to manage it without showing displeasure ?
i try to distract myself and try to play some game with kids. kids make me forget everything within seconds.

I so much agree with it that kids make you forget any sorrows. I have realized this after our daughter came in our life. Actually before having our daughter if 2 of us had a fight we would not talk to each other for days. But after our daughter we do end up talking about her which makes us forget all our grievances.

I cannot control my anger so I got to express it. I end up with an argument or I just keep quite and keep my anger inside me and just do my day to day chores.

I believe in sorting the argument at that time only as I feel that if one keeps grudges in heart then we end up screwing more our our precious time.
Whenever I have an argument with my hubby we do try to sort it out and whoever is at fault says sorry that time itself. Sometimes when I am wrong I cook something special and if hubby is wrong he gets me a rose Smile

Really nice to hear that you are able to do so.
I try to do this but am never able to do this. My habit is that I just do my job and go in a mode when I just do not talk to my hubby about anything.
