My son is 11 months old now and still I did not have my periods. Is it normal not to have periods for such a long duration after delivery. Has anyone out here faced the same?
simmy do not worry its normal not to get your first period for 1 year. My cousin got her first period only after 13 months or so. My periods also came after 10 months.

Shweta is right breastfeeding does affect the periods after delivery. I got my first periods 6 months after delivery. But it was very irregular for quite some time may be because I breastfed my child till 1 year of age. Though I gave just 1 or 2 feeds a day after 6 months of age.
