Please suggest me on taking care of myself after pregnancy. One thing i will be careful about is my diet. because this will affect my baby.
Please advise any other way that i need to take care of myself.

Once your doctor suggests start exercise to get your body in shape and fit as well. As I did not do this and I still regret it as now I cannot get my body in shape
Yoga can be very very helpful. With yoga I was able to get back to proper shape and I was able to get relief from stress.
Along with nutrition and exercise you need proper rest. I am sure as was kept busy by my baby infact now also I am too busy. Now my baby is sleeping and somehow squeezed sometime for myself
. Try to rest with your baby and do take your better half's help at night as some hours of proper sleep is very very important for your baby.
Its very important that you take proper care of hygiene as at this stage your body is very sensitive and you can catch infections easily. And at this time you need to be there for your baby so its very important for you to be healthy.
