Breast Pads are helpful. If you are going out or meeting people you can use it. It will absorb all the milk that is dripping. Hope this solves your problem.

Leaking of milk mostly stops once the baby has mastered feeding. So, best way is to let your baby frequently. This helps the nipple muscles to get in shapes and inturn put an stop to leaking.

Use cloth nursing pads instead of disposable. As the pads that we find in the market can cause breastfeeding problems. The plastic lining of the disposable pads can cause soreness in the nipple and also fungal infection.

Wear clothes that will help you hide the spots from the leaking. Mostly prints are helpful at these times. Another thing that you could do is start using stole in such a way that it covers that portion of your dress.
