Can I exercise along with managing my baby?

My baby is 3 months old and 24*7 I am busy with him. Still I want to loose weight as I have gained extraordinarily during pregnancy. Can I exercise along with my baby. Are there some simple exercises which I can do in short intervals when I get little time.

One of the easiest exercise which you can manage with your baby is walking. Try to go for morning walk everyday along with your baby. Walk atleast for 30 mins this helps in burning the extra fat and also increase strenght.

Slowly you can move onto brisk walking.

You can practice Balance ball exercise with the baby. Sit on a big ball and hold the baby against you. Bounce up and down, this will strengthen your muscles and will be fun for your baby as well.

I do practice yoga asanas with my baby by my side. But you need to know the specific yogas. You can consult a professional to know the asans you can practice or maybe you can search on the net.
