getting back in shape

not really a weight loss query. but only stomach.

what should be done to get stomach back to shape. especially when other parts of body are back to pre-pregnancy days.

I am sailing on the same boat. I have heard that there are some particular exercises for stomach which helps. I am planning to visit a gym and find out how much they can help me out.

My son is now more than a year old and due to c-section my tummy and the muscles around it appears to be loose and I find it very odd. Recently I was searching on the net for proper exercises and came across the following site which gives information about the exercises that will help.

I have started practicing the exercises hope it helps.

What helped me most was some Yoga asanas. I will suggest you to get in touch with some yoga teacher and learn some asanas that are good for tummy and practice it regularly.

Cycling is what worked for me to get back in shape. But yet to get the tummy in shape I did get an instructor who told me which exercises will help tone the tummy muscles.
