My son is 15 months old now. During pregnancy I gained 18 kgs of weight and now my weight is still 6 kgs more than what it was before pregnancy. Though my whole body looks ok but still there is a bulge in my tummy and because of that my body does not look in shape.
Please suggest what to do.
Proper diet is very important to get a flat tummy.
Food should include fruits, green and leafy vegetables and nuts etc. which are nutritious and less fattening.
Take 5-6 small meals instead of large meals.
Avoid fried food.
Do not lie pr sit down immediately after food.
Drink a glass of water before eating
Tie a wide cloth around your tummy with a help of 3 strings. This helps to a great extent. A Chinese friend of mine told me about this Chinese way
Yoga has helped me to a great extent in reducing my tummy.
