I had my 2nd child through C-Section and now after 18 months of delivery also my tummy is as it is. I have been exercising off and on but no changes. What can I do to reduce my tummy? It looks very odd and am not able to put on jeans/trouser at all.

Yoga could be good option. But whatever you do you got to be very regular and follow the routine as told by your instructor. Do not just start with anything without proper guidance.
There are some specific exercises that do help. But the best way would be to do these under guidance of a professional.
In addition have heard drinking warm water every morning is supposed to be good. Avoid all fatty food.
The best thing to do is go for a walk with the baby in your arms. If you walk for 20-30 mins everyday for 3-4 months I am sure you will loose descent amount of weight.
Avoid rice in your meals.
Exercise and follow a diet as suggested by a dietitian.
