I am in 39th week of my pregnancy and due to my tummy and back ache and frequent peeing am not able to sleep at all. Will this have some affect on my baby. Though I have been trying my best to sleep but nothing seems to help me.

I can tell you in addition to tummy and peeing there is anxiety that is keeping you awake. Try out things that can relax you a little. Like for me if someone massages my leg nothing can be better. So, try something and just leave all the thought away.

Better try your best and have a good sleep and rest well. Very soon you will be longing for good long sleep.

I can very well connect to you. Me being in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy am not able to have a proper sleep I can understand what you are going through. But be happy thinking that happiness is waiting for you in form of your baby. And its not a long wait for you. May be being happy will help to have a better sleep.

Sorry have not been logging recently. I suppose by now you might be having your baby and you might be knowing what sleepless night means Smile
