Digene during pregnancy - can it have side effects

Its 9th week of pregnancy for me and I have having severe heartburn. I have used Digene once but am wondering if its right to use it during pregnancy. Will it have any side effects?
Definitely it does not have any side effects. I remember taking Digene during the first trimester for my pregnancy.
Mostly you can have Antacids during pregnancy but which one will be safe that you should leave on the doctor. The best thing to do would be to consult your doctor.

Digene is quite safe. And its an Antacid which does not have any adverse effects during pregnancy. I did use it during pregnancy on my doctor's recommendation.
My doctor has also prescribed Digene for the hearburns that I am having off and on.
