Till when chances of miscarriage is high

In my family 2 women has gone through miscarriage so I am really scared. As of now am in the 7th week of pregnancy. I know its still very early stage and have heard that mostly miscarriages happen in the early stage of pregnancy.
Would like to know till what time the chances are high for miscarriage?
I have read that the chances of miscarriage is highest in the first trimester. More specifically the first 10-12 weeks are very critical.
From what information I have got from my gynae is that the chances of miscarriage is highest in the first 2 weeks of pregnancy. Actually my doctor told me that 75% of the miscarriages happen in this time when the woman does not even know that she is pregnant.
After this the first trimester is crucial the chances of miscarriage reduces to 2-3% by the time one reaches the second trimester of pregnancy.
In addition to what information dhoom has provided I would like to add - between 3 to 6 weeks of pregnancy chances of miscarriage is 10% which reduces to 5% after that for 6 to 12 weeks periods.
And another important thing is that once the fetus is more than 24 weeks gestation period then its no longer be considered a miscarriage.
Be very cautious in the first trimester of your pregnancy. 2nd trimester is the best phase with less chances of pregnancy, though you need to take care of yourself throughout.
After 3 months chances are quite low for a miscarriage. But don't keep thinking negative. Always think positive you are going to be a mom and thats a great thing.

You are almost through the risky period. Try not to think about worse better think about your baby to come and be happy. Being in tension can also harm you.
After 1st trimester pregnancy is comparatively safe.
