What could be the cause of sore breasts

Recently I have seen that I am having sore breasts. Am in the 9th week of pregnancy and since am a first time mom am not very aware of the changes that happen in the body during pregnancy.
Are sore breasts something that one can expect during pregnancy?
Its normal to have sore breasts during pregnancy.
Sore breasts are the earliest signs of pregnancy and its mainly due to hormonal changes in the body.
