Am going to have twins

Just now I came to know that I am going to have twins. Due to some complications my gynae asked me to get Ultra sound done. And I discovered that I am carrying twins. I am 12 weeks pregnant.
Am really terrified thinking how will I be able to raise twins. All my excitement of becoming a mom is gone.
Please help me get prepared for the challenge.

don't worry at all. think about the positive and enjoy the moment. If this is your first pregnancy and you had plan to have to have 2 kids then everything has become easier for you. you will not have to worry about this anymore.
You will be done in one go. all the trouble of restricted eating, staying at home and body aches will soon be over.
And two kids will be sooooo much fun

in addition to what barkha already said, another good thing is that they will not need you attention as much a single kid does. two of them will find company amongs themselves. and will not trouble you much. it will be fin for sure.
you need to take extra care of yourself.
eat healthy and take proper rest.

I can see all goodie goodie being told to you. I would like to tell you that along with these joys do prepare yourself for some hard times as well. Eat well and keep yourself fir and healthy. I have seen my cousin managing twins. She had a tough time. You will need some support from your family as in the very beginning it will be next to impossible to take care of 2 babies.
Start looking for some help at home as its impossible to manage 2 kids and doing the households.

I am a mother of a 3-year old and I can tell you that raising even a single kid was not easy. There were so many nights I was deprived of sleep. Two kids means more sleepless nights. I hope you get enough support from your hubby.
As for now relax and keep yourself healthy. But in the end its not as bad as I made it sound
Twins means double trouble and double happiness!!
in fact it squares up. it is not just 1 + 1
it is 2 X 2
be prepared to have both your parents and inlaws at your place along with a full time helper.
I gather from your comments that there is varied opinion on this. I have realised that since there is no choice I will better be happy and prepare myself well. As barkha said, we did plan two children, maybe this is god's way of blessing us. Please keep pouring your ideas on how I can be better prepared.

what i have heard is that they try to outdo each other in being naughty.
if they are boy and girl then things the girl should mellow down the boy.
