Recently I have come to know that I am carrying twins. Since, that day I am really very scared if I will be able to have the babies properly. I have heard and read about cases where ladies carrying end up loosing their baby or baby is born with some disability.

I would really love to know what all I should do to have healthy pregnancy and healthy babies.

I do not know much. But in my knowledge eat healthy and take rest. Mostly I have heard that you need a lot of precautions to go to full term.

My sister in law had twins and she was asked not to exert herself from the very beginning of her pregnancy. Actually by the second trimester she had to leave her job as doctor asked her not to take any stress. She had to rest as much as possible. In the 8 weeks she was on complete rest just to avoid premature delivery.

Yet she had her babies 3 weeks before due date and both the babies were low weight.

Congrats.
You are going to have 2 bundle of joys.
Make sure you take extra care of yourself in the months to go. Eat well and take lots of rest. If possible get someone to help with your day to day work. Maybe some family member.
All the best!!!

Twins. I am sure its hard time for you. But as far as I have heard the best thing at this time is rest. Rest as much as possible.

Have proper food and full rest. This is what can be helpful.
