Incase of twins I thinks most of the births are before due date. But all the births after 37 weeks are considered as full term. When I delivered my son about a month back with me there was a lady who had twins in 7 months and they were underweight and had some other issues. Had to be kept in incubator for a couple of weeks.

My friend has twins and I remember she was given bed rest in the last trimester especially to reduce the chances of preterm labor. So, I will suggest you to talk to your doctor on this front.

I have been trying to have a baby and because of my age am going through fertility treatment with high chances of having multiples if I do conceive. And the doctor told me during a discussion that in case of twin pregnancy there are 50% chances of premature delivery even after all required precautions.

Just eat well and take lots of rest. A couple of more weeks and you will be able to have full term baby. Though chances are high for premature delivery you can try to have full term with rest and good nutrition. All the Best.

Few more week just take rest and please do not take any tension. Mental and physical rest both are important.
