7 weeks pregnant. safe to make an anouncement among family and friends????

I have been a silent reader for quite some time.
Good news to share with you is that I am pregnant for last 7 weeks. My mother has been saying that i should not tell anyone about this. at least not for next 2-3 months. I think after that everyone will notice change in my body and will find out anyway.
But I am very bad at keeping things to myself 
Not telling for 7 weeks itself is an achievement. I think my mother is little fearful about things may not going well after i tell it to everyone. Do you think 7 weeks is safe to assume that things should be normal from here on. This way I can convince my mother to make an anounement among family and also my friends.

Mostly the first trimester of pregnancy is very risky. Many of the abortions happen at the early stage this is the reason elders suggest not to share this news with anyone till that time. I will suggest you to wait for some more time. Anyway you will start showing up only in the 2nd trimester.
In my view there is absolutely no harm in sharing the good news with your close relatives and friends. My thinking is that you get more of blessings and good wishes only.

I will wait for 1 more week and then i will tell everyone. i have been waiting for this for so long
please suggest what i can do to take care of myself for healthy baby growth.
I am very superstitious. I told about my pregnancy only at the start of 5th month. And biologically as well most of the miscarriages happen in the 1st trimester.

I am also fearful of God and fate. but sometimes, it is difficult to control for me. and here i cannot think of anything else for the whole day. so i want to share with some other people. i think if i keep telling my mother all the time then she will also get bored
