Does anyone know where to get some decent slimming information online?? I've tried a number of things and none of them seem to be working for me right now. In and out of Yo-yo diets, really need to get help now!!
keep it simple eat healthy and eat well.
do some exercise. follow routine on both diet and exercise. any quick fix will only solve problem in short term. Only disciplined lifestyle helps in long term.

I totally agree with hallobaby and I would like to add that in addition to controlled well balanced diet. Do add Yoga to your regular exercise. Yoga is very helpful in reducing weight if followed with routine.
Regular exercise in Gym helps along with controlled diet.
I have heard that yoga is helpful. As I was not able to loose enough weight in spite of exercise and dieting so have started Yoga recently under guidance of a Yoga teacher hope I am able to reduce weight.
Balanced Diet along with exercise would be helpful.
