what are some of the signs of pregnancy?

Can you please tell me what are some of the early signs of pregnancy? I am expecting it this time. and my period is delayed by 2 days. i know 2 days is not long enough. many a times it gets delayed by 2-4 days anyway. but this time i have a feeling that it is different. are there symptoms or signals that i can watch out for?

tiredness, vomiting, becoming more sensitive to everything even the smell of food and all, tenderness and some time even swelling of breasts are some of the signs that you should watch out for in case you are looking for signs of pregnancy.
your body will start giving you signals that will be mix of all these symptoms. and you would realize that something is changing in your body. once you experience any of these get a test done in any hospital.

Some of the early signs are fatigue and nausea. But best is the missed perod which can confirm pregnancy.
I remember when I was pregnant with my son I had constipation in the very beginning and and I had aversion to smells.
I became sensitive to strong smell for my second pregnancy. In fact that is what made me go for test as we had not planned at that time.
I do not know what exactly but I started feeling that something different was going on in my body and I could sense that I am pregnant both the times when I conceived.
Fatigue is a very common features and as some changes start taking place in the body internally one feels tired and nausea off course is one in many cases.
