This is 33rd week for me and with the due date nearing I keep getting scary thoughts of delivery problems. Yesterday I had a dream in which I die during my delivery. Its very scary. What can I do to come out of these thoughts?
The best way would be to try and divert your attention. Do not think of the complications that may arise instead think of the bundle of joy that is going to come to you soon.
I am sure this is because you might have heard or read about some complications faced by women during delivery. Just put these thoughts away and think good. Always keep telling yourself that things have been good and furthur also everything will be fine.
Best way is to keep yourself occupied. You can watch some good programs on TV or read some books about being a good mom. Or do something like me. I love painting so I do keep myself occupied in that.
As my mind is occupied all the bad thoughts are out of it.
