Recently a friend of mine suggested me to eat mutton. She said that I should have red meat during pregnancy as its good for me. I would like to if what my friend suggested is right and what benefits does mutton have for me.
As I do not like to eat mutton I would like to know if it is really required for some nutritious value.

Mutton is good for putting on weight so you should have it especially if you are not able to gain enough weight.
I have also heard mutton is good but make sure its well cooked.
Yes you can eat Mutton. Any protein rich food is good for pregnancy but make sure you cook the mutton properly before eating.
