hi binger,
I think it will help you to get response if you be little more polite in asking for it. Sometime no one has right answer therefore, you may not get right response, which i think is better than telling you something, which can harm you.
Now about prenatal yoga. first thing that i will tell you is to do not do it unless you have consulted some yoga teacher, who have earlier advised and mentored on prenatal yoga and not any form of yoga. Yoga, even otherwise, should not be practiced without checking up its suitability for your body. And in this case when you are pregnant, this is even more important.

prenatal yoga does help you with both physical and mind related changes that you go through during 9 months. things like anxiety, high Blood Pressure, thyroid, acidity, etc. It is said that prenatal yoga also improves the chance of normal delivery. it is a full course of 9 months. So depending on what stage you are in, there will be different asanas for you. I am sure there will be rules on what to start with in case you are already into 2nd month or more of pregnancy. Please find a good guru and get started.
before i end, a big congratulations on your pregnancy.

I am sorry if i was not polite. i was frustrated because i was trying to find answer from experienced mothers. sorry again.

I know one yoga guru who taught my father yoga. i will ask him to tell me some guru who knows about prenatal yoga.

Prenatal Yoga helps us stay in shape along with improving the balance and circulation. In Yoga classes they teach breathing deeply which helps in relaxing the body and assists in facing the physical needs during labour.
Yoga helps us deal with stress by lowering blood pressure, slowing the breathing rate and heart beat.
Leaving these aside when you really plan to go for Prenatal Yoga, join a yoga class which is specifically meant for pregnant women. I have already joined Yoga classes but I am learning this from a yoga teacher who comes at home.
