One of my friend has suggested me that I should practice medication. As she said that it will be good for my health as a mom to be as well as for my baby. Was just wondering what are the views of ours about this. Also would like to know if anyone out here is doing so.

I do not know exactly what do you mean by meditation. It can be done in various ways. For me I have been doing some sort of meditation, just sitting up right and trying to breath in and then breath out slowly in such a way that lots of oxygen goes in. This way body and mind relaxes and this helps the baby's development.

Meditation is very helpful always. Its a way to rest in peace. During pregnancy you can sit peacefully and talk to your baby. Or sit peacefully and concentrate on yourself and your baby.

Meditation can always help. It helps one concentrate on oneself. I did practice meditation during pregnancy and I had very easy labor. I had heard this from people but it was true for me.

I'm curious to know, is there a difference between grounding and clearing your mind meditations?
