I am in the first trimester of pregnancy and as suggested by friends I am planning to start my prenatal exercises. I have consulted my doctor and he has suggested what all exercises I should be doing. But after a day or two of exercises I fell that my nausea increases. I start feeling bad.
Is exercise causing the increase in nausea and should I wait for sometime before starting the exercises.
Mostly exercise should not aggravate your nausea but if you are feeling dizzy do avoid exercising at that time.
pepre, Maybe you can wait for some days before starting the exercises. In the beginning it was same for me so I started my prenatal exercises in the 3rd month of pregnancy.
Mostly its not recommended to exercise when you are not feeling well. Do exercise only when you are feeling good.
For both my pregnancies it was almost impossible for me to exercise in the first couple of month because of nausea and dizziness.
