Urgent information rgarding Nuchal Scan!

Ladies,
Friday I have my appointment for the nuchal scan. I can't decide whether to go for 2D ultrasound or 3D. Any suggestions? Is 3D ultrasound safe?

I am late still would like to convey my opinion.
3D Scan gives a better picture.
I did get it done for my second child.
I went for a 3D and did not cause any harm in anyway.
