1 cup Atta (whole wheat flour)
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Ghee
2 cups Water
1 tbsp Raisins
6-7 Cashew Nuts
1. Take a pan and heat the ghee in it.
2. Add Atta to it and stir till it is brown in color. Make sure it does not burn.
3. In a different pan heat the water and sugar together till the sugar dissolves properly.
4. Once the Atta is done put the gas stove on low and add raisins followed by the sugar syrup. Keep stiring continuously so that no lumps are formed, while adding the syrup.
5. Now keep stiring till the water evaporates fully.
6. Put the halwa in a serving bowl and garnish with cashews.
