Egg Sweet

Ingredients

3 Eggs
500 ml Milk
100 gm Sugar
20gm Almonds
10gm Rasins
3 tbsp Ghee
a pinch saffron powder

Method

Beat the egg nicely till it becomes creamy.
Boil milk and thicken it till it reduces to half the amount.
Now add the sugar followed by beaten egg, keep stiring so no lumps are formed. Keep stiring continuously till it thickens more.
Now add the saffron powder, rasins and almonds.
Mix well then add the ghee and stir nicely.
Cook for some more time, then por in a greased flat dish.
Once it cools down cut in desired shape and serve.
