1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
1/2 cup French Beans (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
1/2 cup Capsicum (cut length wise)
150 gm Mushroom (cut into quaters)
100 gm Tofu (cut into small cubes)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1.5" ginger (finely chopped)
6 pods garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp haldi powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
oil for frying
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes, keep it aside.
Put a little oil in pan and saute the mushroom.
In a pan put 2 tbsp of oil, add cumin seeds to it and let it splutter.
Add chopped ginger and garlic let it turn golden brown.
Now add French beans, cover the pan and cook it for 7-8 mins.
When the beans are slighly done add the capsicum and let it cook covered for 5 mins. Once capsicum and beans are tender add cabbage and cook till cabbage is tender and add turmeric, cumin, chilli and coriander powder. Mix well and cook uncovered for 2 mins. Add salt and mix well cook for 2 mins.
Serve hot with Chapati or paratha.
