Pepper Mushroom

Ingredients

250 gms Mushroom
2 Onions
1 tsp crushed peppercorn
2 green chillies
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp Vinegar
salt to taste
3 tbsp Oil

Method

Slices the mushrooms into thick slices. Chop the Onions and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and then add cumin seeds.
When the seeds crackels then add garlic.
Saute for a while and then add Oinions.
Fry till onion is soft. Now add the green chilli and saute for sometime.
Add mushrooms and salt, cook till well done.
Now add the crushed pepper and vinegar and saute for few minutes.
Its ready to serve

Notes

Very nutritious and tasty. Mushrooms are good for kids because of its very high in protein and minerals specially potassium.
